PROCESS MAKING OF DECORATIVE A TILE

摘要

A decorative tile is produced by screen-printing a crystalling marble plate with an acid detergent paint to form a pattern-printed layer, heat-treating it at 120-150 deg.C for 30 min, acid-treating it in the hydrochloric bath for 40 min to obtain a pattern-embossed decorative plate, and coating a resin layer on the surface of decorative plate. The tile is used as an interior and exterior finishing material for buildings.
