PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing apparatus which can satisfies the conditions of removing malodorous components generated during sterilization without leaking to contribute to the improvement of the environment, maintaining high efficiency of removing the malodorous components for long period, having a simple structure, and not causing troubles for deodorizing. SOLUTION: A piping system 21 for discharging a fluid is provided with a drain pipeline 22 having drain valves 24p and 24q, an air discharging pipeline 25 having air discharging valves 27p, 27q and 27r. The base end part of the pipeline 25 is connected to a sterilizing space part 17 of the sterilizing chamber 11, the base end of the drain pipeline 22 is connected to a liquid storing part 15 of the sterilizing chamber 11, the end of the drain pipeline 22 and an end of the air discharging pipeline 23 are connected to a steam pipeline 27, and these pipes communicate with the inside of the sterilizing chamber. A cooler 29, a hermetically sealing container 30, a steam separator and a deodorizer 32 are incorporated into the steam pipeline 27 side so that the cooler 29 is placed in a first stage, the container 30 is placed in a second stage, the steam separator 31 is placed in a third stage and the deodorizer 32 is placed in a fourth stage. |
