PURPOSE:To allow an exchange station to obtain a time when each mobile equipment is in the call reception state automatically by providing an incoming call reception enable discrimination function discriminating whether or not each mobile equipment is able to received an incoming call to the exchange station. CONSTITUTION:An incoming call reception discrimination function 120 of an exchange station 100 sends a call signal to each mobile station 200-j at a predetermined time or a time interval. Whether or not each mobile equipment 200-j returns a reply signal with respect to the call signal is checked and whether or not each mobile equipment 200-j is able to receive an incoming. Or when the exchange station 100 receives a signal sent from each mobile equipment 200-j autonomously at a predetermined time or a time interval, it is discriminated that the mobile station sending the signal is in the incoming call receptible state. A discrimination result recording function 130 records the time and the result when the incoming call receptible discrimination is implemented. An integration function 140 obtains and outputs the incoming call receptible time based on the recording.
