<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a cement-based material solidified with EP-collected ash having high strength and from which heavy metals are not eluted by incorporating calcium chloride and slaked lime into the collected ash. CONSTITUTION:Calcium chloride and slaked lime are added to an EP collected ash, water is further added, and the mixture is kneaded. The kneaded material is injected into a cylindrical formwork, allowed to stand and cured to obtain the columnar solidified material. The collected ash is solidified and made harmless in this way. The strength of the solidified material is drastically increased by the solidifying action of the slaked lime. The amt. of heavy metals eluted from the solidified material is kept within the reference values, and the solidified material is harmless to the human body even when discarded as such.</p> |
