摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To significantly shorten the processing time for one cycle by executing a series of operations for image pick-up by a camera and the searching operation of a target material in parallel to each other, transferring the picked-up image data to a work RAM, and searching the data on the work RAM. CONSTITUTION:The movement of a XY-table is executed by a table movement and image take-in control means 17. After stopping the table, the OFF of a take-in completion signal showing that the image of a video RAM 11 is retreated is checked. After confirming the OFF, image data (binary image) is taken in the video RAM 11, and the image take-in completion signal is ON. This is repeated for all leads. After confirming the ON, the data of the video RAM 11 is transferred onto a work RAM 16 by a data transfer means 15, and the image take-in completion signal is OFF. Thereafter, the lead is searched with the data on the work RAM 16 by a searching means 12. This is repeated for all the leads. These processings are non-synchronously executed, and the processing time can be shortened.</p>
