PURPOSE:To provide the surface-treating composition comprising an amino group-containing silane compound component, a compound having two or more of functional groups capable of reacting amino groups and a solvent, and suitable for gas-barrier materials and for heat-sensitive, heat-transferring and thermal stick-preventing coatings. CONSTITUTION:The composition comprises (A) one kind or more of silane compound components selected from A1: a silane compound of formula I [A<1> is alkylene group; R<1> is H, lower alkyl, etc.; R<2> is H, lower alkyl; R<3> is lower alkyl, aryl, etc.; R<4> is H, lower alkyl, acyl, etc., (at least one of R<1> and R<2> is H); W is 0, 1, 2; z is an integer of 1-3 (W+2=3)], A2: the hydrolytic condensation product of A1; A3: the hydrolytic cocondensation product of A1 with an organic metal compound of formula II (M is metal element; R<7> is H, lower alkyl, aryl, etc.; R<8> is H, lower alkyl, acyl; m is 0 or a positive integer; n is 1 or a larger integer; m+n is coincident with the atomic valence of M), (B) a compound having two or more of functional groups (preferably epoxy group) capable of reacting with amino groups, and (C) a solvent. |
