PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably replenish a developing device with toner according to overs and shorts of the toner inside the developing device in a state where fluidity of the toner is heightened. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a toner retaining container 22 where the toner that is discharged from a toner replenishing container 21 is temporarily retained and a rotating driving means 19 by which the toner retaining container is rotated and is constituted so that the toner is supplied to a developing device 4 along a rotational shaft center of the toner replenishing container 22. |
