CONSTITUTION: A mixed powder obtained by mixing one pt.wt. of cement, 1.0-2.5 pts.wt. of dried aggregate such as converter slag, 0.03-0.2 pts.wt. of a powdery water-soluble resin such as a water-dispersed acrylic resin, 0.005-0.05 pts.wt. of a water reducing agent powder such as melaminesulfonic acid condensate and 0.0005-0.003 pts.wt. of a defoaming agent powder is mixed with water to obtain a polymer cement composition for repairing. The deteriorated part of a concrete structure 1 is removed by a cutter, etc., to form a part 10 subjected to chiselling, a rust inhibitor 12 contg. colorant is applied on an exposed reinforcement 11, then the recess is filled with a body repairing agent 17 consisting of a polymer cement composition, and the worked face is leveled to obtain a repaired face 10a. A mortar deficiency repairing agent 14 contg. carbon fiber is applied thereon, a finish repairing material 15 contg. carbon fiber is laminated thereon to improve the appearance and to make the repaired part impermeable to water, and repairing is completed. |
