PORTABLE TELEPHONE SET WITH RADIO BROADCAST RECEIVER

PURPOSE: To provide a composite function offering excellent operability by allowing a PHS and a radio broadcast receiver to use components and received data in common. CONSTITUTION: Telephone number information and character information attended with the telephone number demodulated by an FM multiplex demodulation section 5 are stored in pairs in a memory 8. Then an operator uses an operation section 10 to display sets of a pairs of transmission stored in the memory 8 onto a display section 9 and to retrieve and select any information. The selected telephone number information is set as part (incoming number) of control data by a communication control section 2 by way of a system control section 7 and the telephone number is dialed from a PHSRF section 1.
