The connector has a flange and a counter flange. Screws (8') resp. threaded bolts with nuts, are partially prefitted within the counter flange (9'), for connection of the treatment appliance (10') to the connector (1'). An opening is located beside each bore in the flange. When the flanges are connected, screw head resp. nut move past the bore, to the back of the flange opposite to the counterflange. An aperture is located between each bore and opening, so that due to a relative movement between flange and counter flange, screws/bolts are moved into final position in the flange bores.
