摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an object to be measured which has complicated free curve shape with precision by setting and changing a relative position between the object to be measured and an optical distance measuring device and setting so that an angle formed by an optical axis of the measuring device for the same point to be measured provides two kinds of angles. SOLUTION: After a relative position between an object 5 to be measured which has a free curved face and an optical distance measuring device 6 is set by a position set and change part, distance of the object 5 to be measured up to a point to be measured is measured by using the measuring device 6, and distance up to each point to be measured is measured by changing the relative position by the position set and change part. At this time, at least two kinds of relative positions are set so that an angle formed by an optical axis of the measuring device 6 for the predetermined same point to be measured becomesαand -α(0 deg.<=α<=90 deg.) to perform measurement at each relative position. Each distance data which is measured and each position data which detects the relative poairion are stored in a storage part 14. In the end, three- dimensional shape data of the object 5 to be measured is prepared by using data stored in the storage part 14 by a shape data preparation part 15.
