FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has lip-like members being fixed and movable half-rings that are linked by means of fastening screw and pushed apart by opposing spring. The fixed lip- like half-ring is hingedly connected to force transfer bushing by means of rolling axle. The bushing is fitted on the axle of force transfer glass and fixed on it with clamp having elastic member and check screw. All force- bearing members are manufactured from high strength materials.
