PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device operation section that informs a user about a state of a device in a remotely confirmed state in response to a surrounding environment. SOLUTION: A facsimile terminal 1, which is set to a warning notice under a conditional setting, confirms sensing outputs of various sensors, decides warning control conditions set in advance depending on the sensing outputs of the carious sensors such as the display luminance and the blinking state of a backlight of an LCD and warning lamps and the sound volume of a buzzer and a speaker of a warning section and controls the backlight of the LCD, the warning lamps and the warning section so as to inform a user about contents of the warning. When the reception setting is not the setting of direct reception and the operation of a non-usual state is set to facsimile reception, the facsimile terminal 1 conducts usual memory reception, and when the reception setting is the setting of direct reception and the operation of the non-usual state is set to the facsimile reception, the facsimile terminal 1 conducts usual direct reception (steps S1-S16). |
