PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a reception signal of a desired station by optimally updating a complex weight coefficient of an adaptive array antenna. SOLUTION: A complex weight coefficient of a weight coefficient control circuit 13 is multiplied with a reception signal by complex multiplier circuits 10, 11, 12. Outputs are added by an adder circuit 14 and the sum is decoded by a decoding circuit 15, from which a reception signal is obtained. The weight coefficient by the weight coefficient control circuit 13 is calculated by closing SWa16, SWb17, SWc19 only when a known signal pattern between a desired station and an interference station differs and by giving both the reception signal and an output of a difference circuit 18 that calculates a difference of outputs between a modulation circuit 20 and the adder circuit 14.
