PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability of a twisted electric cable manufacturing device and promote the automation of the device by facilitating loading or unloading length-sized electric cables into or from the device. SOLUTION: Pairs of electric cable clamps 44 on one side and electric cable clamps 54 on the other side are each adapted to intermittently advance in the direction crossing the facing direction. The pairs of clamps 44 and 54 being sequentially circulated load and unload length-sized electric cables EC at specified positions into or from stations 21 and 11 arranged in the circulation route, which operations attain such continuous loading and unloading of the cables EC and their repeated twist.
