FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: mechanism has body, operating shaft made as screw coupled with one end to drive by means of spline coupling. With its other end shaft is coupled to actuating member and to operating shaft gear through key. Nut installed in supports of body is coupled to shaft through auxiliary kinematic chain consisting of the gear and two gear-wheels positioned on auxiliary shaft. One of gear-wheels is fixed to shaft, while the other is mounted through free-running mechanism which makes it possible to increase operating shaft speed at idle running.
