摘要 FIELD: analytical chemistry, proximate analysis of dangerous ingredients of gas atmosphere, operational safety monitoring of air in working zone, of degree of alcoholic intoxication. SUBSTANCE: individual gas dosimeter is furnished with multichannel sensor assigned for specified types of detected gases depending on composition of dangerous ingredients of atmosphere. Temperature of substrate heating is set by control over current with the use of resistor. Working point on selective characteristic of sensitive element corresponding to given type of detected gas is chosen. At same time electronic switching of output of one of parallel semiconductor films to input of signal processing cell is carried out. Result of measurements after signal processing cell is displayed on indicator built on liquid crystals. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities and increased selectivity of dosimeter.
