PLANT FOR THERMAL REWORKING OF SOLID WASTES

摘要

FIELD: reworking of solid wastes by fire both in public services and industries. SUBSTANCE: plant includes chamber furnace consisting of combustion chamber with bin for loading wastes and outlet for removal of ash residues to slag receiver, afterburner chambers with gas duct for escape of exhaust gases, scrubber and gas filtration unit with dust accumulating bin. Combustion chamber is brought into communication with afterburner chamber located vertically above it and coaxially relative to it by means of hole provided in intermediate roof. Gas duct located perpendicularly relative to wall of afterburner chamber is made in form of double-pipe slotted recuperator. One end of inner pipe freely enters afterburner chamber in upper portion of its lateral wall and other end is communicated with toxic component neutralization chamber. Outlet of neutralization chamber is connected with inlet of scrubber located in such way that its vertical axis is parallel to vertical axis of furnace. Accumulating bin is communicated with slag receiver made in form of melting furnace. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning waste gases ands solid ash residues; optimization of thermal conditions of waste reworking process at reduced occupied areas. 1 dwg
