PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce limitation on a sampling cycle, and to sufficiency suppress lowering of precision caused by an air flow pulsation and a noise. SOLUTION: This device is an air flow measuring device of such a type as a digital value Vadc showing a nonlinear characteristic to a flow rate is converted into an air flow rate Qa by air flow rate converting processing 42. A smoothed signal Qaf is converted into a voltage value having a nonlinear characteristic by providing voltage output converting processing 47 and by using a QV-map 48 mapped on a reloadable memory 23, so as to provide a voltage output signal Vout equivalent to a signal Vin output from a sensor circuit. An error resulting from nonlinearity of air flow is reduced and limitation in an applied object is also reduced.
