METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FINE BEAD BY SYNTHETIC RESIN AND TEXTILE FIBER CONTAINING FINE BEAD

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a fine bead from a synthetic resin is provided to manufacture the bead by using a simple process and to improve an ornamental efficiency of clothes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a fine bead comprises: supplying a synthetic resin material as a pallet shape into a furnace(10) and heating at 170°C for melting the synthetic resin material into a liquid state; pressing the melted synthetic resin liquid by using a high pressure for spraying as a liquid type particle; scattering the liquid type particle from the upper unit toward the lower unit for cooling the particle by the outside air; and cooling gradually the liquid type particle in the process of falling to the lower unit in a cooler(30) by the self weight for completing to be shaped into a bead shaped solid with a diameter of 0.6 ¯ 1.5 millimeters and for being collected on a collecting plate.
