The present invention pertains to the field of medical techniques and can be used for the out-of-focus fixation of bone fragments with rods introduced into the bones. This invention essentially relates to a device for correctly positioning the bones of extremities in the case of fractures, wherein said device comprises a set of rigid segments (1, 2, 3, 4) which are connected together through hinges. The global length of the set can be modified, while the segments are arranged relative to each other according to a certain three-dimensional and angular position. The segments (1, 2, 3, 4) include fit collars which comprise hacking (7) and which are limited by support shoulders (8). The ends of each segment (1, 2, 3, 4) are made in the shape of double ears (9), wherein said ears are arranged asymmetrically relative to the longitudinal axis of the rigid segment in a plane that intersects the axis of the opening (10) in the double ear (9) as well as the longitudinal axis of the rigid segment. Detachable rod supports (25) are mounted on the fit collars, while each pair of adjacent segments is attached using locking units. The device of the present invention can be used in the case when rods have been previously introduced into the bones and are in an arbitrary position, and the number of bone fragments can be larger than two.
