<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a multilayered substrate which can easily and accurately adjust the capacitance of a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:The substrate 10 contains a base 12 formed of a dielectric material. Electrodes 13 and 16 for capacitor are formed in the base layer 12 in an alternately piling up state. The electrodes 14 and 16 for capacitor are respectively connected to pattern electrodes 20 and 24 through via holes 18 and 22. In addition, a shield electrode 26 is at distances from the electrodes 14 and 16 in the base 12. Of the plurality of electrodes 4 and 16 for capacitor, the electrodes other than the outermost electrode 14 are used for adjusting capacitance.</p> |
