METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CEMENT USING INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing cement by wet method using the industrial waste water, which prevents the secondary environmental pollution such as water contamination and air pollution, caused by filtrating or incinerating industrial wastes. CONSTITUTION: A waste water containing more than 40% of oil and combustible materials mixed with more than one kind of fuel selected from components of Bunker C-oil, coal fuel, and combustible fuel to use as a cement calcination heat source. The waste water containing less than 40% of oil and combustible material is used independently or mixed with industrial waste and is used as the media for mixing and pulverizing evenly raw material containing CaO, Al2O3, SiO2, and Fe2O3. 30-35 wt.% of the waste water to raw materials is preferably used.
