The invention relates to a handling device for guiding pin-like fixing elements such as nails, hooks, screws or such like, comprising two half-elements (10, 20) which in a working position are arranged next to each other along a separating plane (30). The first half-element (10) has a first locating face (130) which in the working position coincides with the separating plane (30) and presents at least one first continuous recess (11, 12, 13). The second half-element (20) has a second locating face (230) which in the working position coincides with the separating plane (30) and adjoins the first locating face (130) and which presents at least one second continuous recess (21, 22, 23). In the working position each one of the first recesses (11, 12, 13) complements a respective second recess (21, 22, 23) in such a way that a continuous guide hole (1121, 1222, 1323) for the pin-like fixing element is formed. The axis of the guide hole (1121, 1222, 1323) is substantially parallel to the separating plane (30) or situated in said separating plane (30) and the half-elements (10, 20) and their respective locating faces can be moved from the working position into a release position such that the guide hole (1121, 1222, 1323) is opened.
