摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure and to prevent the leakage of liquid and the intrusion of air into a container by slidably and water-tightly fitting a plunger knob to a cylindrical barrel along its cylindrical wall inner periphery, and forming an outer peripheral skirt on an end opposite to a receiving seal integrally provided with a seal surface. SOLUTION: A plunger knob 38 is inserted into a cylindrical barrel 12 body through an opened end 18 of the cylindrical ballel 12 body. The plunger knob 38 includes an outer peripheral skirt 40 and an end wall 42 projecting in the radial outward direction. The plunger knob 38 is provided with a seal surface 52 conically inclined on an end part facing to an opened end 16 of the cylindrical barrel 12 body. A seal surface 52 of the plunger knob 38 is inclined toward the direction of the radial inside and a receiving seat 36, and a cylindrical outer peripheral surface 58 of the plunger knob and an inner peripheral surface 60 of a cylindrical wall 14 of the cylindrical barrel 12 body are closely joined corresponding to the receiving seat 36.
