PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even visually-handicapped people to use a thermoscan by means of a double temperature display function using figures and voices and to utilize the thermoscan in at-home health control by transmitting information to an external personal computer or microcomputer by means of an infrared transmitting device, and preserving the materials tracked. SOLUTION: A temperature indicating function using both voices and figures, an infrared transmitting function, a heart rate measuring function, and an illuminating function are added to this thermoscan. A single-chip CPU 1 is installed in the thermoscan and is connected to a temperature-sensitive measuring circuit 2, an LCD 4, a memory 3 having a stored program, a communication interface 5 including a voice chip and an infrared transmitting device, a heart rate- sensitive measuring circuit, and a lamp drive circuit. |
