PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubiform stent for arrangement in an organism and a blood vessel extending tool which can reduce inhibition of bloodstream to a branched blood vessel and treat a stenosis part of the branched blood vessel when the stent is used to a blood vessel having a branched part. SOLUTION: A stent 1 which is formed into circular shape by an undulated element provides plural undulated circular bodies 2a, 2b which are arranged to an axial direction of the stent and a connecting part 4 which connects the undulated circular bodies 2a, 2b to the axial direction. The connecting part 4 which is arranged near a center of the stent 1 is more fragile than other parts and can be broken. Namely, the stent 1 can insert an extended balloon catheter so as to penetrate a side face of the stent from the inside of the extended stent to the radius direction and the connecting part 4 is formed so as to be enable to break by an extension of a balloon of the extended balloon catheter. |
