PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate changing printing data including a color designation by setting a memory means for storing a printing format including the color designation, and a change command input means for inputting a change command for printing data including the color designation, and carrying out printing according to the printing format based on the change command. SOLUTION: A label-issuing apparatus 6 in a metering printer includes a printing device 14 with a thermal head 15 capable of printing in color, a printing format memory means 18 in which a printing format of a label 9 is stored, and the like. A printing size, a printing layout position and a printing color indication, etc., are attached to the printing format. When a change command for printing data including the color indication is inputted from a change command input means 17 for each printing unit, a CPU 7 writes printing data of a changed color based on the change command to a printing data memory means 11. The CPU 7 develops data to printing data to a two color-developing original paper based on the change command and controls printing. |
