SOLUTION: Since a low pressure pipe A has a large diameter and is positioned on the cabin inside R more than a high pressure pipe B, impact energy F acts on the low pressure pipe A in the first place, so that the low pressure pipe A collapses. The low pressure pipe A is pushed outside a car body to push the high pressure pipe B so as to abut to a vertical wall 11a of a recessed part 11. Since the low pressure pipe A is sandwiched between the vertical wall 11a of the recessed part 11 and the high pressure pipe B, the low pressure pipe A is prevented from longitudinal directional positional dislocation, and surely and sufficiently collapses in the position. Since the depth W2 of the recessed part 11 almost coincides with a diameter W1 of the high pressure pipe B, contact points of the vertical wall 11a with the high pressure pipe B with respect to the low pressure pipe A become the almost same position in the car width direction, so that the low pressure pipe A can be sufficiently crushed.
