PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable coils disposed in a transformer to be easily insulated so as to lessen the transformer in size, weight and cost as a whole by not only mounting a shield cover on each of the coils but also making the shield covers function as insulating members. SOLUTION: Insulating covers are provided to coils corresponding to their shapes respectively. An electrostatic shielding conductive film 4 is annexed to each surface of the insulating covers to form a shield cover 5 for the coil, the shield covers are deposited on the outsides of the coils to form coils 6 and 7 with shield covers, and the coils with shield covers are fitted in a core 8 for the formation of a noise reduction transformer.
