PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile screen device which can keep back a picture additionally figured on a screen and can enhance creativity of children by expanding the imagination or creating a story based on this picture or giving a second look thereto or the like and further by which children can study by sticking a seal corresponding to movement of the picture accompanying the shift of the screen or by writing-in a latter or the like. SOLUTION: A device main body 11 constituting the mobile screen device is formed to a long square box shape having an opening at a rear face and a view port 12 is provided at a front face. Roller sections 21 are respectively disposed at both side parts in the device main body 11. A screen 41 is disposed between both roller sections 21 and the picture 42 at a front surface thereof is displayed inside the view port 12. The screen 41 is formed by covering a surface of a base material 41a made of paper with a transparent covering film 43.
