SOLUTION: An axle case 17 of a wheel for steering is provided between a hydraulic continuously variable transmission 14 and the transmission case 51, and this transmission for transmitting the turning of a steering wheel 9 to the rocking mechanism of the wheel for steering is arranged and attached in a gap S between the hydraulic continuously variable transmission 14 and the transmission case 51 above the axle case 17.
