PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a connection part of an underground wall panel with a high water cut-off property to prevent water from leaking to the internal surface of an underground continuous wall. SOLUTION: A water cut-off member 14 is disposed across the connected end parts 10a and 12a of underground wall panels 10 and 12 connected to each other so as to form the underground continuous wall 1 through the vertical entire range of the connected end parts 10a and 12a. A water expansible rubber 16 expanded by the reaction with water is installed on the surface of the water cut-off member 14.
