PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce increase of the work load for a network maintenance engineer in regard to the change of a program that performs batch processing of service data due to addition or change of specifications of service, i.e., one of features of an intelligent network. SOLUTION: A reduction rule (translation logical table 3), a specific information item that can serve as a conversion object and the data type (designated information) of the information item can be designated from the outside of a service data function. A service data batch conversion processing program 2 of the service data function has a structure that is not dependent on the service or user characteristic to the structure of the service data 4 dependent on the service or user characteristic. Thus, no changes are needed for (processes S11-S15 of) the program 2 even when the information items which can serve as the batch conversion processing objects are added/changed according to the addition/change of the service data structure due to the addition or the change of specifications of data.
