PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrostatic rotating mechanism drive suited to civil engineering works, being provided with a rotatable pinion shaft supported on a casing, a rotating mechanism pinion connected to a pinion shaft, and an axial piston motor of a swash plate structure type, improving the axial piston motor being provided with a perforated and rotating cylinder block and a piston disposed in the hole, having a compact dimension, and reducing the manufacturing cost and fitting cost. SOLUTION: The cylinder block is integrally formed with the pinion shaft.
