PURPOSE: An Internet advertisement using a mobile terminal is provided to improve the efficiency of an advertisement by transmitting the advertisement selected according to personal information and position information of the mobile terminal to the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(109) enters in an advertisement service for receiving the advertisement service using an Internet network(107). An advertisement server(103) generates a web page into which several kinds of advertisement information are inserted, and transmits advertisement information selected according to position information of the mobile terminal(109) and personal information of a mobile terminal subscriber to the mobile terminal(109) through the Internet network(107). The advertisement server(103) generates advertisement object program rating data in proportion to the number of connection of an advertisement object generated on the web page, and transmits an advertisement an advertisement fee calculated according to the generated advertisement object program rating data to an advertisement client. A mobile communication unit(105) confirms positions of a plurality of mobile terminals(109) and connects the mobile terminal(109) with the advertisement server(103). A billing server(111) receives the advertisement object program rating data of the advertisement server(103) and a use time of the mobile terminal(109), and calculates and requests an amount of discount money calculated according to the advertisement object program rating data and an amount of use money generated according to the use time of the mobile terminal(109).
