PURPOSE: An exhausting system is provided to solve a space problem and to reduce a production cost and assembling processes by embedding a catalyst converter in a muffler. CONSTITUTION: An exhausting manifold(2) is connected with an exhausting port of an engine(1). An exhausting pipe(3) is connected with the exhausting manifold(2). A muffler(4) is installed in the back of the exhausting pipe(3). A catalyst converter(5') is embedded in front of the muffler(4). An oxygen sensor(6') is installed on the exhausting pipe(3). By embedding the catalyst converter(5') in the muffler(4), a number of components is reduced. Moreover, processes are reduced and an installing space is easily secured.
