PURPOSE: To provide a rice cooker which enables cooking of rice deliciously with easy disassembling and assembling by preventing incomplete assembly of a steam port unit. CONSTITUTION: In the steam port unit 10 of this rice cooker, upper and lower cases 25 and 11 are axially supported being made free to open or close with a hinge mechanism 38, the lower and upper cases 11 and 25 are retained with a lock mechanism 23, and a link part 14 is provided near the lock mechanism 23 of the lower case 11 to be inserted into a through hole 3b and a link hole 4a of a lid body 2. Thus, the steam port unit is detachably mounted on the lid body 2.
