摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-strength cement composition which, when external force is applied to a high-strength cement hardened body that is formed from the composition and has >=60 MPa compressive strength, enables securance of mild and safe fracture properties of the high-strength cement hardened body without immediately causing any yield or breaking of steel being on the tension side and also without causing the hardened body to show rapid and risky fracture properties, even when tensile cracking is caused in a part of the cement hardened body, being on the tension side, and to provide such a high-strength cement hardened body formed from the composition. SOLUTION: The high-strength cement composition comprises cement, steel and short fibers, or more specifically, short fibers each having <=20 mm length and/or short fibers each having tensile strength 10 times as high as the compressive strength of the resulting hardened body from the composition, wherein the short fiber content in the high-strength cement composition is >=1 pts.vol. in 100 pts.vol. of the composition and the compressive strength of the high- strength cement hardened body is >=60 MPa. The high-strength cement hardened body is formed by hardening the high-strength cement composition.
