PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiprocessor type call processing system which is superior in scale expandability and functional expandability, and capable of high-speed processing. SOLUTION: A divider 101 divides a message received from an external network among call processing units 1051, 1052, and so on which then efficiently process simple call processes by themselves and request host processors 1091, 1092, and so on to process about complicated processes or those not dealt with by themselves. A call state memories 1081, 1082, and so on of the call processing units 1051, 1052, and so on already store call state control tables for controlling call processing conditions, and call processing processors 1061, 1062 and so on reference the call state control tables to request the host processors 1091, 1092, and so on to process.
