PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device and an information reproduc ing device which can decrease the operating loads of users at the editing of management information. SOLUTION: In the information display device and the information reproducing device displaying track number information given to every tracks recorded in the information recording medium and group management information for controlling the one or more tracks as one group, track number information and group management information before and after changing are associated to display in a case where the logical position of the track is changed.
