PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recommending information providing method, a recommending information transmitting system, a recommending information transmitter, and a recording medium for providing recommending information on recommending objects suitable for a customer. SOLUTION: This recommending information transmitter l stores the plural recommending objects and recommending object information on the relationship between the respective recommending objects, and stores behavior information on the behavior when the customer clicks a link related to the recommending objects or buys the recommending objects. The recommending objects to be recommended to the customer are decided by calculating a recommending degree of the respective recommending objects by using these recommending object information and behavior information, and the recommending information on the decided recommending objects is provided for the customer.
