PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing ceramic electronic parts by which the deterioration of insulation resistance can be prevented in a step of forming base electrodes. SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing ceramic electronic parts, many ceramic electronic parts 1 with which the base electrodes 6 are put together by baking are housed in a container 9, and the electrodes 6 are arranged closer to each other by crushing the surfaces of the electrodes 6 by brining the surfaces into collision with each other by vibrating the container 9. Then electrodes are electroplated to the surfaces of the electrodes 6. Since electrode materials enter into the pores of the base electrodes 6 formed on the surface of the laminate by baking and, accordingly, the pores are eliminated, no plating solution enters into the pores and the deterioration of insulation resistance can be prevented at the time of plating intermediate electrodes and external electrodes to the surfaces of the base electrodes 6.
