PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker capable of reducing the influence by the manufacturing tolerance and the abrasion of a contact, and having the uniform contact pressure. SOLUTION: A rotor includes first and second movable contacts mounted on both ends of a contact arm. The movable contacts form a pair of contacts with first and second fixed contacts. First and second pins connect expandable and contractible springs to a common mounting position on the contact arm from either of side faces of the rotor. The balanced spring force can be obtained by the dependent operation of the spring and the common mounting position, and the difference in contact pressure caused by the difference in the contact pressing between two pairs of closed contacts can be reduced by the balanced spring force.
