<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable all adult having nothing to receive user authentication such as discrimination from a minors in a vending machine for alcoholic drink or the like. SOLUTION: First, after looking at a user to confirm that the user is an adult, a designated physical feature point of the use such as fingerprints is read by a fingerprint sensor 6, and fixed arithmetic processing is conducted for the obtained data to output an inherent identification signal to a display device 8. The output is informed as a personal identification number to the user. When the user uses the vending machine, the fingerprint is read by the fingerprints sensor 6, and the personal identification number is input by a ten key pad 7. A user authentication device 5 outputs a sales enabling signal to a control part of the vending machine when a match occurs between the discrimination signal obtained by processing the obtained data by reading similarly to the above processing and the data input by the ten key pad 7.</p> |
