PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell-culturing tube which can easily be used and has excellent productivity, and to provide a massively cell-culturing device using the cell-culturing tubes. SOLUTION: The massively cell-culturing device comprises the cell-culturing tubes each having a hole at a place deviated from the central axis, cell-culturing tube bundles in each of which the many cell-culturing tubes are mounted so that the holes of the culturing tubes are disposed in a circular housing having a shaft in the center in the radially outward direction of the housing, a cell- culturing device having many cell-culturing bundles as an aggregate, an air- charging port and an air-exhausting port for supplying oxygen to the cell- culturing device, a level controller for constantly maintaining the height of a culture medium liquid, a culture inflow port for transporting the culture medium into the cell-culturing cell, a sensor for measuring pH and dissolved oxygen in the cell-culturing device during the cell culture, and a discharging port for automatically discharging a cultured product, when the culture is finished. |
