PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compact the whole body of the soybean milk-coagulating device and automatize the device, by disposing a soybean milk-measuring chamber in a size-changeable state and stirring and mixing the soybean milk with a coagulating agent in the same measuring chamber. SOLUTION: This device for coagulating a soybean milk has a measuring chamber 7 for determining the volume of the soybean milk used once. The volume of the measuring chamber 7 can be changed. The volume of a coagulating agent 12 supplied into the measuring chamber 7 is automatically controlled by detecting the volume of the measuring chamber 7. After the coagulating agent 12 is supplied to the measuring chamber 7, the measuring chamber 7 is filled with the soybean milk 11. The supplied soybean milk and the supplied coagulating agent are stirred and mixed by the use of a stirrer 35 in the same measuring chamber 7. |
