PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cock structured so that two plug bodies are installed on the body of the gas cock rotatably capable of precluding the inconvenience that a socket slips off if the forefront of a plug cylinder of one plug body abuts undeliberately to an advancing/retreating cylinder part for removing the socket in the condition that the socket is connected with the plug cylinder of the other plug body. SOLUTION: Rotation restricting means 3, 31, 32 to restrict the rotation of the plug bodies 21 and 22 in the direction that the plug cylinders 2 and 20 approach each other are installed so that the plug bodies 21 and 22 are rotatable only in the range that the advancing/retreating cylinder part 40 of the socket 4 connected with the plug cylinder 2 does not abut to the forefront of the other plug cylinder 20.
