PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance having an affinity for an opioidδreceptor and a medicine useful for prophylaxis and/or therapy of central nervous system diseases and peripheral nervous system diseases. SOLUTION: A compound is represented by general formula (I) [wherein, X denotes an O, an S, an N or the like; n denotes 0, 1 or 2; the broken line part denotes the presence or absence of a bond; R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>denote each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxy group, an alkyl group or the like which may be substituted; and R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>denote each independently a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or the like which may be substituted] or its pharmacologically acceptable salt.
