PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic cap with a fraudulent unsealing preventive function in which a molding pattern part to mold an easily breakable part formed in a cavity can easily separate and release a die consisting of the cavity and a core without being hooked by the molded easily breakable part, the thickness of the easily breakable part is easily broken, and adhesiveness of an outer circumferential surface of a spout part to an inner surface of a ring band part can be easily controlled. SOLUTION: The plastic cap comprises a top plate part 1, a cylindrical part 2, a thin plate-shaped ring band part 4 continuously connected to a screw part 2a provided on the inner circumference of the cylindrical part 2 in a ring-shaped manner and having the same diameter as that of the cylindrical part 2, and a plurality of locking plates 5 extending toward the inner center of the ring of the ring band part 4 and extending substantially in the horizontal direction on a lower end of the inner circumference of the ring of the ring band part 4 via a hinge line 5a, and further comprises a cut groove part 7 formed in the generator direction of a part of the outer circumference over the cylindrical part 2 and the thin plate-shaped ring band part 4, a punched hole part 8 formed by the cut groove part 7 of the ring band part 4 as an easily breakable part, and a connection part 7a at a lower end thereof.
